A proven, results oriented insurance executive with 30+ years of experience in new business production, risk assessments & analysis, insurance brokerage, client management, agency/brokerage operational management and staff leadership. Proficient in both the upper middle market and large account space in Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits. Former owner of Henricks & Associates, LLC. Career work history includes the following entities: Johnson & Higgins, AmWins, NAPCO (National Account Property Company), Arthur J Gallagher and The Hartford. Graduate of Clemson University. Economic Club of Tampa Board of Directors. Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Licensed 2-20 (General Lines Property & Casualty), 2-18 (Life & Health), 1-20 (Surplus Lines).
Henricks has been a Tampa Bay resident since 2009. She graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Marketing. While at Clemson, Lynn was a full scholarship recipient for their varsity NCAA volleyball team and was also on the Dean's List.
Lynn sits on the Board of Directors for the Economic Club of Tampa, is a member of the CPCU Society (Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriting Society) and RIMS (Risk & Insurance Management Society). Lynn is also an avid sports enthusiast and member of USTA (United States Tennis Association).

Paul DiBlasi is the IT support and service provider for StrataGem Risk. Paul also provides IT support services for many of StrataGem Risk’s clients. Paul has a provide track record with over 20 years of industry experience. Bay Business Edge offers IT service and support to businesses that have between 2 to 500 employees anywhere in Tampa Bay, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and the surrounding areas. Paul and his team are experienced in handling all operating systems including Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7.0 (Home Premium, Business and Ultimate), Windows Vista, Windows XP Microsoft Small Business Server , Windows Server (2012, 2011, 2008, 2003, ),Mac OSX, Linux, Unix and many more.
Paul’s goal is to create time savings, streamlined work flow and increased production for employees. The firm supports and services all major brands including Dell, HP, Sony, Compaq, IBM and other major brands.
John Nixon
Property Wind CAT Modeling & Property Consulting – Asperta
John Nixon is the President of Asperta, Ltd who serves as a consultant to StrataGem Risk associated with commercial Property placements. He assists in the preparation of Property insurance specifications for our catastrophe exposed risks. John prepares the Statement of Value in catastrophe model ready format. He also plays a role in program structuring, real estate valuations, coverage analysis, risk assessment and CAT model results interpretation. John’s maintains 30+ years of experience specifically in the Property insurance sector. This experience includes field engineering; underwriting complex, global and CAT exposed accounts; insurance carrier corporate management and audit roles. John has owned and operated Asperta Ltd since 2008 where he serves as an independent consultant to policyholders through their team of brokers and consultants.

Christine Dickie is an HR Professional with over 15 years’ experience working with clients on a day to day basis helping clients work their way through the challenging world of Human Resources. Chris’s key areas of consulting include; employee relations, Human Resources policies, procedures, and performance management. Newman is well known for his creative approaches for reducing overhead costs for clients via outsourcing human resources, payroll and employee benefit services – enabling firms to focus on building their businesses in their areas of their expertise. More specifically, Synuity offers payroll, Workers’ Compensation, Employee Benefits, Employee Benefit Liability, temporary staffing services, human resources personnel, employee manuals, on-boarding service, employment practices liability, time management systems, HR software solutions and more.
Tom Newman is a 25-year veteran of PEO, HRO, ASO and Payroll services industry. He was the formerly the CEO of Fortune Business Solutions and the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Oasis Outsourcing, Inc.
Newman is a graduate of Truman State University with a degree in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services.

Brian Howard provides StrataGem Risk’s client with Employee Benefit products. Brian has significant experience with both fully insured and self-insured programs. Brian has also developed a unique, alternative employee benefit solution, Cost Plus. These programs, designed for mid-to-larger firms, produce significant savings over traditional programs and enable customers more flexibility with regard to plan design and servicing vendors.
During the last fifteen-year period Brian has been able help strategically grow several companies, one client at a time. Formerly, Brian was the President and CEO of BKH Holdings, Inc., Vice President of the Employee Benefit Division of Thomas Financial Group and the President and Co-founder of Ideal Health Solutions.
Brian is extremely grateful to wake up every morning and face the challenges of the insurance industry. He values his relationships and finds fulfillment when adding value and exceeding the expectations of his clients. Brian actively supports the American Cancer Society, Voices for Children, the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, Leadership Westshore, The Dream Center and The Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center.
